2026 Mid-year Enrollments

HEI Schools Nagoya Sakae welcomes new families throughout the year.

The mid-year enrollment process will be conducted as follows.

①Trial Lessons and School Tours
These sessions include an introduction to the HEI curriculum and concepts, as well as a Q&A session with the staff.

②Application Form and Contract Distrubution Those who wish to apply can choose to recieve the documents on the day of the trial lesson or at a later date. Documents can be sent via email as well.
③Application Results
After recieving the application results, families will schedule an info session before enrollment.
④Info Session
Please bring your signed contract to this session. We will conduct a brief meeting with your child to help us plan a curriculum fit to their needs and personality.
