Our application period will start on Tuesday, September 1st.

The application process and flow are as follows:

Tiny Tots (Age 2-3) ：Born April 2nd,2024 ~ April 1st, 2025
Eager Explorers (Age 3-4)：Born April 2nd,2023 ~ April 1st, 2024
Lively Learners (Age 4-5) ：Born April 2nd,2022 ~ April 1st, 2023
Mighty Minds (Age 5-6) ：Born April 2nd,2021 ~ April 1st, 2022

Tiny Tots (Age 2-3) ： 6 children
Eager Explorers (Age 3-4) : 15 children
Lively Learners (Age 4-5) ：15 children
Mighty Minds (Age 5-6) ：15 children

①Join a trial lesson or info session
　Learn about the "HEI Way" Q&A session as needed

②Application period starts (September 1st, 2027~)
　Please visit HEI Schools Nagoya Sakae in person for documents
③Submission period starts (October 1st, 2027~)
　Please submit all documents during this period
　We will also schedule Family-Teacher Meetings and distribute contracts during this period
　*Family-Teacher Meetings are a great opportunity for parents to share information about their child and for 　us to share what HEI Schools has in store for them. This is not an interview and is meant for all parties to familiarize themselves with each other.
④Enrollment confirmation (November 2026)
　After securing your slot at HEI Schools, we will continue to the registration stage (signing contracts, enrollment fee payment etc.)
⑤Open House and Orientation (February 2027)
　We will host an Orientation session for our new students and distribute enrollment documents.
