Temporary Childcare

¥3,000 / hour

• Parent/Guardian’s Identification
  (Driver’s License, Health Insurance Card, My Number Card, Passport, etc.)
• Maternal and Child Health Handbook
  (Required for children under 2 years old, or for first-time users)
• Formula milk and bottles (please bring enough for the required number of feedings)
• Drinks, bib, utensils, etc.
• Diapers (please bring 2–3 extra), baby wipes, training pants/underwear
• Extra set of clothes

• Reservations made online will be confirmed after we check the facility’s availability.
  Please note that we may not always be able to meet your request.
• Minimum usage time: 2 hours (after that, fees will be calculated in 60-minute increments).
• On the day of use, childcare will be provided from the reserved time.
  (Reception time is included in the usage time.)
  ※ Reception usually takes about 10 minutes, but it may take slightly longer depending on the situation.
• Please complete your reservation by 4:00 p.m. on the previous business day
  (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and designated closure days).
• If there are any special points of concern regarding your child’s care, please inform our staff at the time of reservation.

• Cancellations made after 4:00 p.m. on the previous business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and designated closure days) will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved fee, as this covers the processing of reservation changes and cancellations.
• As this is group childcare, we may refuse admission if:
  your child has a fever of 37.5°C or higher,
  shows signs of illness or a suspected infectious disease, or
  if any family member has had a fever or health issues within the past three days.
• If your child has a fever of 37.5°C or higher or is deemed unwell by our staff, care cannot be provided even if you come to the facility. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved fee will still apply.
• If your child is found to be unwell during care and must be picked up early, the booking will be treated as a same-day cancellation and 100% of the reserved fee will apply.
• Should your child’s condition worsen during care, you may be contacted to pick them up immediately.
• Please inform our staff of any allergies and the necessary precautions upon arrival.
• For safety and operational reasons, parents/guardians are not permitted to enter the childcare room.
• If you pick up your child earlier than the reserved time, fees will still be charged based on the full reserved time.
• If you require an extension, please notify us during the reserved period.
• Please note that without an advance reservation, we may not be able to accept your child.
